2. What data we process

What you give us in the contact form: name, company, email, phone, type of project, number of homes and your message.
How you reached the website, only when you send the form: the page you send it from, the referring website and, if you came from an ad, the campaign details (for example, UTM parameters or the Google or Meta click identifier). They are read from the page address; we do not use cookies to obtain them.
If you email us: your address and what you tell us.

3. What we use it for

To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, prepare a quote.
To know which channel brought each enquiry, so we can decide where to advertise.

We do not build advertising profiles or make automated decisions about you.

4. Legal basis

Replying and quoting: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation).
Measuring where enquiries come from: our legitimate interest in knowing which advertising works (Article 6(1)(f)), using the minimum data.

5. How long we keep it

While we handle your enquiry and, if we do not end up working together, for a maximum of two years from the last contact. After that we delete it or keep it blocked for the period the law requires.

6. Who else sees it

The providers that host this website, the platform where we receive enquiries and VA's email provider. They act as data processors and only use the data to provide that service to us.
The website is hosted in the United States. That transfer is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or by standard contractual clauses.

We do not share your data with anyone else unless required by law.

7. Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability of your data by writing to hola@vamarketing.es. If you think we are not handling it properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
